SECURE TRADE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction 1.1 Welcome to Secure Trade, an escrow service facilitating secure transactions between buyers and sellers. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 1.2 Secure Trade acts as a neutral intermediary to ensure the safe exchange of goods, vehicles, property, and other items while holding funds in escrow until all contractual obligations are met.

2. Definitions 2.1 "Buyer" refers to any party purchasing goods or services through Secure Trade. 2.2 "Seller" refers to any party selling goods or services using Secure Trade. 2.3 "Escrow Account" refers to a temporary holding account managed by Secure Trade for the purpose of facilitating transactions. 2.4 "Dispute" refers to any disagreement between a Buyer and a Seller regarding the fulfillment of a transaction.

3. Transaction Process 3.1 Buyers and Sellers agree on the terms of a sale, including the description of the item, payment terms, and delivery timeframe. 3.2 The Buyer deposits the agreed payment amount into Secure Trade’s escrow account. 3.3 The Seller is notified that funds have been secured and proceeds with delivering the agreed goods or services. 3.4 Upon delivery and the Buyer’s confirmation of receipt and satisfaction, Secure Trade releases the payment to the Seller.

4. Buyer Protection Policy 4.1 If the Seller fails to deliver the goods or services within the agreed timeframe, the Buyer must report the issue to Secure Trade within the specified period. 4.2 Secure Trade will conduct an investigation to determine the validity of the Buyer’s claim. 4.3 If the claim is verified, Secure Trade will refund the full amount to the Buyer. 4.4 If the goods delivered do not match the agreed-upon description, the Buyer must provide evidence, and Secure Trade will mediate the dispute. 4.5 If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, Secure Trade reserves the right to involve third-party arbitrators or legal entities.

5. Seller Obligations 5.1 The Seller must deliver the agreed-upon goods or services within the timeframe specified in the transaction agreement. 5.2 The Seller must ensure that all items or services match the description provided to the Buyer. 5.3 Failure to fulfill contractual obligations may result in cancellation of the transaction and a refund to the Buyer.

6. Fees and Charges 6.1 Secure Trade charges a transaction fee, which will be deducted from the Seller’s payment upon successful completion of the transaction. 6.2 Fees are disclosed prior to initiating a transaction and are non-refundable except in cases of service failure on Secure Trade’s part.

7. Dispute Resolution 7.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties must cooperate with Secure Trade’s investigation. 7.2 Secure Trade may request additional documentation, including proof of delivery, contracts, or communication records. 7.3 If no resolution is reached within a reasonable timeframe, Secure Trade may refund the Buyer, retain funds, or release payment at its discretion.

8. Fraud Prevention and Liability 8.1 Secure Trade reserves the right to decline transactions suspected of fraud or illegal activity. 8.2 Secure Trade is not responsible for losses resulting from fraudulent transactions initiated by either party. 8.3 Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations related to their transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability 9.1 Secure Trade is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. 9.2 Secure Trade’s liability is limited to the amount held in escrow for the disputed transaction.

10. Termination and Account Suspension 10.1 Secure Trade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. 10.2 Users may terminate their accounts at any time, but outstanding transactions must be resolved before closure.
